The NBA admitted today that officials failed to call a kicked-ball violation in the final seconds of the Warriors' 94-91 loss to the Indiana Pacers on Friday at Oracle Arena. Video replays clearly showed that George Hill's right foot kicked the ball on Monta Ellis' dribble with 3.9 seconds remaining.
