GS Warriors Monta Ellis finishes seventh in All-Star starter voting

Warriors guard Monta Ellis finished seventh among Western Conference guards in the balloting for the All-Star starters, receiving about 30,000 fewer votes than Houston's Kyle Lowry. The reserves will be announced Feb. 9, but the final panelists on TNT's "NBA Tip-Off" predicted that Ellis will be left out of the game.
