He's The Citadel's head football coach, Kevin Higgins.
Higgins got his start at a small high school not too far from my home in New Jersey. As the head football coach at North Warren (N.J.) High School, Higgins began his journey.
He'd take his high school success to the college level, becoming the head football coach at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa. While there, Higgins amassed a career record of 56-25-1 during his tenure-with the Mountain Hawks winning Patriot League titles in 1995, 1998, 1999, and 2000.
