Minneapolis - The Minnesota Timberwolves overcame a 13-point, second-quarter deficit, dominated the second half, and defeated the Milwaukee Bucks, 95-76, Thursday night at the Target Center.
The Bucks are 1-6 in the exhibition season.
Center Andrew Bogut was not with the team because of an ankle injury and Dan Gadzuric started in his place. Gadzuric finished with 13 points and 10 rebounds while point guard Luke Ridnour had 12 points and seven assists for Milwaukee.
But it wasn't a good overall performance by the Bucks mentally or physically.
"We've been pretty poor out of the locker room in the third quarter in every game so far," said coach Scott Skiles. "There's a huge mental aspect to all sports, but in the pro game, it's integral. There's enough evidence right now that we're not as mentally ready as we need to be."
