The Sixers began their predraft workouts Friday, and four of the five players they brought in were guards. Ty Lawson at North Carolina, Jodie Meeks at Kentucky, Toney Douglas at Florida and Stefon Jackson at UTEP. The only exception was Terrence Williams, who was considered a point forward at Louisville.

The Sixers have been on record as saying they want a shooting guard in the draft. But that could change depending how they feel about the likelihood of Andre Miller re-signing with them. The Sixers, however, won't know that until July 1 or after, which is after the draft on June 25.
