Williams has surgery on broken jaw

Lou Williams after suffering a broken jaw will miss 8 weeks of basketball. Williams had successful surgery on Thursday. Williams broke his jaw in Philadelphia's loss to Washington on Tuesday night. Williams was averaging a career high 17 points a game. Rookie Jrue Holiday has started at point guard in place of Williams so far.
