The Sixers dropped their seventh straight game as the Dallas Mavericks off a last second jumper by Jason Terry turned back the Sixers, 104-102. Terry hit the big shot with just 1.4 seconds left in the game. The Mavs blown a big 17 point lead but got the win over the Sixers. The Mavs got a big night from Dirk Nowitski who scored 28 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Jason Kidd showed the versatility off finishing with 22 points, 11 assist and 6 rebounds to help the Mavs cause.
For the Sixers, Samuel Dalembert owned the glass as he snatched 19 rebounds. The return of Elton Brand was a big spark off the bench as he got a double double with 21 points and 10 rebounds. Thaddeus Young added 21 points and Andre Iguodala scored 19 points. The Sixers got good offensive production but the uphill climb was too much to recover from.
