The comeback from the Sixers fell short. The Sixers once again faltered late as Jodie Meeks missed a big free throw in regulation that could have pushed the Sixers lead to three with time running out. Unfortunately the Sixers clung to a two point lead and the Jazz converted to force a overtime. In the overtime period, the Jazz outscored the Sixers 9-4 to hand the Sixers their second straight loss. The road trip has not got off to a good start. For the Jazz, Al Jefferson was incredible as he secured a stat line of 30 points, 17 rebounds and 6 assist. CJ Miles had 19 points and 8 rebounds. Devin Harris scored 19 points before leaving the game due to a hamstring injury.
