The Sixers went into this contest without the services of Andre Iguodala and the Blazers capitalized and was victorious at home turning back the Sixers to get a 110-101 win. The Blazers Wesley Matthews proved to be quite a handful as he led all scores with 28 points. Recently acquired Gerald Wallace, the former Bobcat also filled the stat sheet with a big night scoring 25 points, handing out 8 assist and pulling down 6 rebounds. The Blazers shot a scorching 51.4% from the field. A strong first quarter paved the way to maintain control of the game.
For the Sixers, Lou Williams ignited offensively scoring 24 points off the bench for the 76ers. Thaddeus Young added 19 points off the bench. Jodie Meeks had a strong shooting night going 7-9 in route to 17 points. Jrue Holiday dished off 10 assist. The Philadelphia 76ers will look to bounce back as next up on the schedule...
