The beginning of this contest looked encouraging as after the first quarter, the Sixers had a 27-20 lead. A dominate fourth quarter by the Heat in which they outscored the Sixers 34-17 was the difference in the Heat getting a 111-99 victory. Dwyane Wade went off to the tune of 39 points and added 11 rebounds and 8 assist, flirting with a potential triple double. LeBron James was also stellar scoring 32 points and getting 10 rebounds. Chris Bosh was good too with 20 points and 10 rebounds. All three players notched impressive double doubles.
For the Sixers, Lou Williams came off the bench firing, scoring a team high 24 points. Thaddeus Young added 15 points. The Sixers had six players score in double figures. The Sixers will look to rebound as next up on the schedule will be the Sacramento Kings at home on Sunday. Game time will be a early start at 12:00 PM EST.
