Bud Adams' gesture draws $250,000 fine, apology

Bud Adams stuck out his middle fingers on Sunday. The NFL's response on Monday was anything but a slap on the wrist. The league fined the Titans owner $250,000 for obscene gestures he made during Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills at LP Field. Despite an apology from the 86-year-old Adams, the NFL punished him for "conduct detrimental to the league.'' the Tennessean
