They backed into the playoffs.

The Colts forfeited.

Manning didn't play the whole game.

You'll never beat the Bengals twice.

Carson Palmer will hang touchdowns all over Darrelle Revis.

You should be happy just to be in the playoffs.

Phillip Rivers will scorch the Jets.

LT will run all over the Jets. It won't even be close.

Rex Ryan should just shut up.

There's no way they can win three on the road.

Do any of these sound familiar?

Is there anyone in the media that is willing to give the New York Jets some semblance of credit or congratulations for going this deep into the playoffs with a rookie coach, quarterback, and halfback?

Will Giant apologist Mike Francesa of "Miked Up" on 66 WFAN in New York grudgingly admit the Jets belong and are arguably the most well disciplined team left as we count down to championship weekend?

How about some honesty for a change?
