The Jaguars have traded up from 7th to 5th in a trade with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This surely means the Jaguars will be selecting wide receiver Justin Blackmon. The Jaguars swapped first round picks and gave the Tampa Bay Buccaneers their 4th round draft pick in the trade.
