Weeden flashes big arm at minicamp

The Browns opened their rookie minicamp with quarterback Brandon Weeden taking snaps under center -- a big deal for him considering he played in the shotgun often as a senior in college. Throwing to fellow rookies and some second-year players, Weeden showed off a strong arm albeit with some inaccuracy. While Weeden prides himself on his accuracy and will fix what he messed up on, it was evident that his arm is much stronger than Colt McCoy's. "When I got to the college level I really took a lot of pride in it -- accuracy," he said. "I think today I threw the ball fairly accurate, not as good as I can, but it will get better. I have been blessed to be able to throw the football. Even when I played baseball, I through the football every single year, it's been in my blood."
